Featuring the Over the Hill 5K and The Young and the Restless 5K

Tradewinds Park South

3600 W. Sample Road, Cocunut Creek, FL

Directions:
3 miles west of I-95 or 1/4 mile west of Florida's Turnpike on Sample Road

Park Fee:
The park will be charging $1.50 admission per person at the gate.  Children under 5 free.

7:00 am Over the Hill 5K (40 & Over)
7:05 am Young and the Restless (39 & Younger)
7:00 am / 7:05 am Fitness Walk
7:45 am Kid's Fun Run and Youth Fun Run

Awards
Over The Hill 5k
  • 1st Three Overall - Male / Female (40 & over)
  • 1st Three Grand Master - Male / Female (50 & over)
  • 1st Three Senior Grand Master -  Male / Female (60 & over)
  • 1st Three Golden Grand Master - Male / Female (70 & up)
  • 5 Year Age Groups from 40 to 80 and over. 1st Three in each Age Group.
The Young and The Restless 5k
  • 1st Three Overall - Male / Female (39 & under)
  • Three deep in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-19, five year age groups from 20 to 39 and under.
Raffles / Gift Certificates
  • Running Wild will be donating (2) pairs of Adidas shoes for the raffle
  • Gift Cards from Chipotle, Starbucks, and Chuck's Steak House
  • a Video Phone donated by ACN will be raffled off as well
 

Refreshments
A variety of food and drink will be available to all participants.

Heat Warning
Temperatures / Humidity can be high in South Florida. Participants should drink plenty of fluids prior to and during this event. (Non-Alcoholic!)
